[Cave Story]

It "Requires Flash Player 11.7 or later" because it's an Adobe Alchemy port of nxengine (a GPL-licensed port of Cave Story). That's not allowed in itself, because nxengine is licensed under the GPL; you can't distribute a closed-source commercial version.

It is of course massively illegal to use the actual game assets, as has been done here. Ignore any argument the author makes using the Doom flash port: that provides code and uses the shareware assets.

Give no credit to this guy, he has done NOTHING but steal and isn't clever enough to get away with it.

The spirit of the Amiga lives on with this one. This is a superb, fun game with great graphics and presentation.
